You're not obligated to build Heartsteel every single game and match up, especially against Darius since you gotta kill him before he kills you, and tank items don't help with this
my guess bruiser build pretty good against these matchup like fiora , irelia , darius , garen. it's pretty solid build not really tanky but still has damage

Why not using heartsteel or any tank item?
Its hard to go against darius when you use tank item, bcs soon you will got ult by darius, so the choice was use sustainable item
