This is amazing! Normally I see videos where rearranging a song from a later game doesn't translate well in an older soundfont, but this isn't the case at all here. It sounds so natural and fits so well!
The HG/SS soundfont is perfectly fitting for this theme.

Both HGSS and P:LA have very fun, erratic and intense battle themes- This was the perfect choice for a remix!! ✨✨ Perfect arrangement, you captured the style beautifully!!!!
Thanks to all of the Japanese instruments in HGSS Soundbank, this works perfectly. Also I hear the fretless bass instrument from DPPt from time to time, especially at 0:45 but I don't mean it as a bad thing! It sounds nice in this context. I do some remixing myself, and I know that HGSS fretless bass can be a pain to work with sometimes, due to how it's mapped across the keyboard range, haha.
