Happy new year! I also suffered from stomach issue few months ago and I found it’s all because of the stress I put on myself. Anyway, I found jogging really helped, it can train our heart and simulate the stress and make our nerve system more resilient to pressure, hope this can help you too! Also, coffee is a big no no too.

Happy new year! Wow, it’s crazy how our bodies can respond to stress. I’ve had issues for years and years so for me I think it’s more related to foods which trigger me. Coffee is definitely a no, but it’s so sad because I love it 😭

Happy New Year Jessica🎊🎉 I totally loved your this years 1st v-logs🏅🥰❤️ beautifull pick of the colors in sweaters🥰👌 I am impressed with your home work set up so ergonomic and looking professional☺️ running LCMS and working on lab instruments so inspiring and motivating for me🏅🥰👌 wish you make all your goals for this new year 2024!!! Hope you are feeling much better by now😊🙏 what would you recommend text books on general chemistry, Organic and biology (Gen) to learn and understand concepts, analytical material easier and to retain? I ll appreciate any study strategies🙏 also how do you get a lab instrument experience while studying as a student? Thank you so much for amazing v-log🏅🥰😊🙏

Thank you! 😆 the textbooks I used were organic chemistry by Clayden, Chemistry3 for general basic chemistry. I’m not sure about biology textbooks. I got a lot of lab experience as an undergraduate student but I didn’t get any LC-MS training as an undergrad. I was taught how to analyse the data but I didn’t get hands on experience on the instrument until my PhD

Hi! In my chemistry course there was a module on physical chemistry which is a combination of physics and chemistry. Check the courses you are interested in to see which modules you will study
