I think of it as representing (1) God's covenant faithfulness to Noah (and thus to all mankind), as in Genesis (2) God's Glory (as in Revelation 4) (3) the LGBT+ movement. STM that those of us who are LGBT+ Christians have especially good reason to value it and prize it.
