technoblades passing hits me on a personal level, i also went through cancer, stage 4 to be specific, i was lucky to be able live my encounter, and it hurts knowing how he probably felt, because when i was struggling to live normally i wasnt struggling mentally as much as the people around me. My only hope is that he was at peace with it as much i was with it. RIP We will miss you!

I've only ever really seen Technoblade from Quackity and WilburSoot, but the news of his passing still devastated even me. It was clear from his interactions with individuals the type of person Techno was. I also heard many good things about him while Minecraft Monday was still a thing (I never watched it, I don't really watch MC content too often). It sucks that cancer has to take away such wonderful individuals. It sucks even more when that individual is so young, his time was cut too short. My condolences go out to his family and anybody who has had their lives touched by Technoblade's presence. Rest in peace, Technoblade, you've made an impact.

I loved the authenticity in this Pyro, no fake tears, no clickbait, you didnt try to seem more emotional about it than you actually were. Just straight appreciation for technoblade and the good he's done. Hope people see videos like this and allow themselves to be more honest with how they feel about news like this.
It's stories like these that fill me with so much dread, and show how fragile the human condition is, so many illnesses that could just show up and take a life, I can personaly relate to this as I almost lost both of my grandparents (maternal and paternal) in the same month due to health complications, and to this day it's still heartwrenching how much they changed after those experiences... So it's safe to say that my heart goes out to everyone affected by dementia, cancer, or just loss in general, and I hope their families are able to recover from the empty spaces left by them.

By 23 he founded a whole cult-following, maintaining notoriety in huge tournaments while making the wittiest, incredibly fun videos. He raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and forever changed the lives of his family and fans while being just a kid. We miss him❤

I watched him a lot at the beginning of my college career, shortly after graduating while at work i lost a leg in a car accident. Throughout my week and the surgeries, I watched a LOT of his videos, rewatched, the streams. I've never genuinely cried over a celebrity's death. I lost my own father to covid not too long ago, and this just reopened an old wound. Losing a parent is fucking painful, but natural. I can't even fathom the grief of losing, slowly, your own child. My first worry were his parents, and even though we dont and never will know each other, I feel for them, and I hope that they can somehow heal. Im sure Techno made it a lot easier for them in that regard. Cheers, to one of the biggest legends that i've ever known, gone from the mortal kingdom to take on the heavenly ones.

I love how pyro kept it chill, and didn’t bog the video down with emotions. Especially after seeing all of Technoblade’s messages before death and how he kept it lighthearted, I feel like he really trying to set the tone of his passing to a more “reminisce and keep moving” while also something he wanted others to crack jokes about every once in a while.
If I knew when I was going to die, I'd accept no less of an "in your face" departure for myself as well. No matter how small or insignificant you may seem or feel, you make your mark and you make it last, so all that look back on you fondly can be strong enough to smile too. So that you can continue to influence others, even those who learn of your legacy postmortem, for the better. I'm sure that's but one of many things Technoblade would've wanted us to take away from this. No matter what happens, stay strong, everyone.

When I started going to university, I met a girl who was paralysed from the waist down after a car accident. She had every right to be angry and upset with her situation, but she was always extremely positive and upbeat, cracking jokes and having fun. Seeing her approach life with that kind of attitude in spite of everything that had happened to her was and still is a huge inspiration to me, and helped give me the strength to deal with my (comparatively insignificant) issues. I never watched any of Technoblade's content, but hearing his story gives me very similar vibes - a person dealing with terrible circumstances, yet deciding to use their platform to uplift and entertain others. Rest in peace, mate. You'll always be remembered as one of the greats.

When Cooper's daughter is dying of old age at the end of the movie, she tells him that no parent should have to watch their child die. as someone whose gone through cancer twice myself (stage 3/4 neuroblastoma) it's really sad that a beloved guy like techno just- didn't quite get the luck he needed in this case.. i've had a family history of cancers, but i personally find it harder to take it as seriously as i should because of my own two instance. situations like this though ? it really makes you step back and think on it, how lucky we all are and how much more appreciation i should have for making it through such an event. i was never an avid fan or anything, but he was a shining hope in a community with certain rotten people in it. i hope he rests well and knew how much he made peoples lives better, and how much of a legacy he left.

One thing that has stuck with me since watching that video yesterday was the opening sentence "If you're hearing this then it means I am dead". Though it initially sounds like a movie quote, I kept hanging on the word "if" and realized that, despite being in a terrible situation he must have had hope till the very end that maybe no one would have to hear it. He wouldn't let such a terrible situation keep him from cracking jokes, and letting such a desperate situation keep him from holding on to hope. I just... Hope his family does all right following this.

technoblades passing hits me on a personal level, i also went through cancer, stage 4 to be specific, i was lucky to be able live my encounter, and it hurts knowing how he probably felt, because when i was struggling to live normally i wasnt struggling mentally as much as the people around me. My only hope is that he was at peace with it as much i was with it. RIP We will miss you!

I've only ever really seen Technoblade from Quackity and WilburSoot, but the news of his passing still devastated even me. It was clear from his interactions with individuals the type of person Techno was. I also heard many good things about him while Minecraft Monday was still a thing (I never watched it, I don't really watch MC content too often).
It sucks that cancer has to take away such wonderful individuals. It sucks even more when that individual is so young, his time was cut too short.
My condolences go out to his family and anybody who has had their lives touched by Technoblade's presence. Rest in peace, Technoblade, you've made an impact.
The fact that he was dealing with cancer for almost a year (probably way longer) and was just so cheery really shows how he could make jokes even in the worst of times. Along with the rest of the platform, I’n gonna miss him a ton, but it feels good knowing that he said all he wanted to say, and has now ascended onto a higher plane to battle it out with god.

as a cancer patient now myself, now in remission, his death personally devastated me. when i had learnt he was diagnosed i remembered how crushing it was when i was diagnosed only at the age of 10.
but how he kept his humour and his personality strong through it all, it was a big inspiration for me.

I loved the authenticity in this Pyro, no fake tears, no clickbait, you didnt try to seem more emotional about it than you actually were. Just straight appreciation for technoblade and the good he's done. Hope people see videos like this and allow themselves to be more honest with how they feel about news like this.
It's stories like these that fill me with so much dread, and show how fragile the human condition is, so many illnesses that could just show up and take a life, I can personaly relate to this as I almost lost both of my grandparents (maternal and paternal) in the same month due to health complications, and to this day it's still heartwrenching how much they changed after those experiences... So it's safe to say that my heart goes out to everyone affected by dementia, cancer, or just loss in general, and I hope their families are able to recover from the empty spaces left by them.

Rip techno didn’t watch much of him but he was the funniest of the “Minecraft” bunch of u can even call him part of that he was truly a special soul even making jokes in his passing what a strong dude and I can’t believe how amazing of a man he was
I watched him a lot at the beginning of my college career, shortly after graduating while at work i lost a leg in a car accident. Throughout my week and the surgeries, I watched a LOT of his videos, rewatched, the streams. I've never genuinely cried over a celebrity's death. I lost my own father to covid not too long ago, and this just reopened an old wound. Losing a parent is fucking painful, but natural. I can't even fathom the grief of losing, slowly, your own child. My first worry were his parents, and even though we dont and never will know each other, I feel for them, and I hope that they can somehow heal. Im sure Techno made it a lot easier for them in that regard. Cheers, to one of the biggest legends that i've ever known, gone from the mortal kingdom to take on the heavenly ones.

I love how pyro kept it chill, and didn’t bog the video down with emotions. Especially after seeing all of Technoblade’s messages before death and how he kept it lighthearted, I feel like he really trying to set the tone of his passing to a more “reminisce and keep moving” while also something he wanted others to crack jokes about every once in a while.
If I knew when I was going to die, I'd accept no less of an "in your face" departure for myself as well. No matter how small or insignificant you may seem or feel, you make your mark and you make it last, so all that look back on you fondly can be strong enough to smile too. So that you can continue to influence others, even those who learn of your legacy postmortem, for the better. I'm sure that's but one of many things Technoblade would've wanted us to take away from this. No matter what happens, stay strong, everyone.

When I started going to university, I met a girl who was paralysed from the waist down after a car accident. She had every right to be angry and upset with her situation, but she was always extremely positive and upbeat, cracking jokes and having fun. Seeing her approach life with that kind of attitude in spite of everything that had happened to her was and still is a huge inspiration to me, and helped give me the strength to deal with my (comparatively insignificant) issues.
I never watched any of Technoblade's content, but hearing his story gives me very similar vibes - a person dealing with terrible circumstances, yet deciding to use their platform to uplift and entertain others. Rest in peace, mate. You'll always be remembered as one of the greats.

I watched him on and off throughout the years and when he joined into the dreamsmp I kinda slowed down that viewing time, but recently been getting back into watching Techno and waking up this morning to his passing… I just I don’t know what to say, I cried. I’m not a creepy Stan but I do know how it feels when a celebrity dies now, Jesus it hits hard.
yeah, I feel the exact same way man. I don’t watch him much anymore but back in the day he inspired a lot of my art and my second painting ever was of his minecraft persona.
not to mention cancer taking him down, which I think strikes a chord in everyone because I feel like almost everyone knows someone who has had a run in with cancer and has been affected by it in some way.
Pyro said that no parent should have to outlive their child, and that really hit me hard be because it made me remember the movie Interstellar (oh no, a movie reference). When Cooper's daughter is dying of old age at the end of the movie, she tells him that no parent should have to watch their child die. Just thinking about it makes me almost tear up, but it's very true.

It’s like the death of a close friend, but he wasn’t a friend at all to me. I just learned his name last night and it’s just so weird. It’s already hard enough to process a death of someone I feel close to, but the death of someone I didn’t even truly know? Idk man, this is just hard.
It honestly feels unreal to see a youtuber, a youtuber you watch regularly pass away all of a sudden, Technoblade won MCM's MCC's and achieved many other achievements i really thought he would beat cancer sadly cancer has gotten the best out of him, he maybe gone but his legacies will live on he will not be forgotten, technoblade never dies.

I think what made technoblades passing super shocking is just how young he was. 23 is barely enough time, yet techno accomplished so much. I never really watch his content, but on the occasion that I did it was really entertaining. His wit and humor was enough to keep me coming back. Techno’s passing will be tough for the gaming community to get through as we lost someone who was truly passionate about what he made. But while also grieving let’s look back and celebrate his life, legacy and impact he made on the future generations of gaming and gamers. Rest easy, Technoblade. Hope you’re still gaming.

Thank you for posting this video because many people including myself are still mourning and feel like we just lost a dear friend of ours but knowing us, he would tease the hell out of us that we are crying for him. It’s always the kindness, innocent and best people in life who are always taken early, fly high techno I never really watched you but you had a massive and beautiful impact on this community.
One thing that has stuck with me since watching that video yesterday was the opening sentence "If you're hearing this then it means I am dead". Though it initially sounds like a movie quote, I kept hanging on the word "if" and realized that, despite being in a terrible situation he must have had hope till the very end that maybe no one would have to hear it. He wouldn't let such a terrible situation keep him from cracking jokes, and letting such a desperate situation keep him from holding on to hope. I just... Hope his family does all right following this.
Technoblade's passing hit me harder than I thought it would. He was one of the first RUclipsrs I ever watched and I wouldn't have started my career as a Minecraft TikToker if it wasn't for his influence. I suppose after watching hundreds of hours of his content over the years, I've developed a sort of one-way relationship. Technoblade never dies because he will continue on in all of us.
