I hope you all see the difference between the 2 situations. Nade and Octane were kicked, Bams was banned. What I mean by that, is when Nade and Octane got hit, the first message they got was "you have been disconnected from the mw3 servers." The first message Bams got was "you've been permanently banned." 2 completely different scenarios.

You said there aren't other creators and streamers who compare to Bams in this case. We all know there a multiple other large creators who have been perma banned and have continued to play in tournaments on new accounts. Activision have no morals when it comes to keeping the game free from cheaters when people can just make new accounts and continue like nothing happened. That's the main problem with this game.

Why doesnt Call of duty just come out and state the reasons on these high profile perma bans? 0r perma bans in general, i dont get it. Somebody gets perma banned, no reason is stated and that just leaves the door open for people to spin it.

Worst part is that when Nadeshot got kicked, he was PISSED. When BAMS got permabanned, he was smiling. If you go by emotions alone, the reason BAMS was smiling was because he finally got caught. He's probably thinking "Wow, i scammed my donators for so long and activision finally caught me". Probably laughing how shitty ricochet is of an anti-cheat.
That's honestly why I think he made the comment about how good he used to be. I think he used to use more cheats or have the soft aim set higher. He was almost like I used to use 100% and never got caught now I use 75% and got caught.

You can compare he's ban to a few ppl, Nadia and wag both got Perma bans and didn't get them accounts bk. And he's going continue to play on a new account cheating just like them . Activision addressed this the other day. There's no mistake with Perma bans. They vigorously investigate before making that decision. He got caught cheating end of.
I think he got banned for using that thing that makes his sniper rifle ADS faster than usual. It would show a knife hit marker whenever he killed someone. Shottzy was questioning it awhile back.

Baseball requires way better reaction time and hand eye coordination and they play at a professional level until their 40.

Haven’t finished the video yet but there is 1 major difference between the ban messages, nad and octane were already on servers, in the game and Bams was loading in and not connected to the server yet. Just keeping it real bro, you gotta acknowledge that as well.
I really believe that Pros use Unlock tool because they 99% of the time only play Rank and you see some of them with MASTERY camos like PRICELESS or Internstellar and to get those you need to use almost all weapons and in rank they only use 2 or 3 at most.
Most if not all of them dont even touch ranked on their CDL account. Their CDL account is for matches and scrims.
But still they shouldn’t do it. They need to be a better example. Probably deserve a fine, if they’re not already getting one

These cheaters fail to realize is that there will always be updated methods of how to detect hacks they are using. This is probably what happened. It's the reason why hackers always wanna find out the detection method that anticheats or dev studios are using. It's really a never ending cycle.
He is in full damage control mode, trying to slow down the end of his career. Activision stated there are no false permanent bans, even if he never actually cheated and had someone playing ranked on his account for skins, no way to conclusively prove that without doubt as its HIS account so he's responsible, and its his word against the ban system....
All the examples he used were only disconnected none of them had "permanent ban" pop up on the stream. This video just confirmed for me 100% he knows he was cheating the entire time.
Nadeshot and octane where perma banned difference is they have connections to get it fixed ots a bug and has been since they updated the anti cheat if you use and unlock ive even hear of ppl getting banned from using an controller emulator
