Convenient timing. I'll give DeSantis the opportunity to explain his side. As for Gillum, their was a Jung jury on 18 counts when the prosecutor dropped the charges. That doesn't make him innocent.
That’s not what our legal system says. A defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Since he was never found guilty that means he is innocent. Understand?
@@luvitluvitbaby COURT OF LAW IE: CRIMINAL OFFENSES!!! "Innocent till Proven Guilty" DOES NOT APPLY to civil offences like Lawsuit.s A person claims the 5th in a Lawsuit? "If they're not guilty, why wouldn't they testify" can be used. One more thing, an Impeachment is not a Criminal Process, it's Political Process.
@@richietattersall2122 Your points made here are irrelevant to the matter at hand as Andrew Gillum’s legal issues in question here were criminal in nature and not civil. The federal fraud charges were criminal charges that carried lengthy prison sentences. So the legal standard of innocent until proven guilty would apply here. I’m not really sure why you felt the need to tell me things I already know that have no bearing whatsoever on the discussion like an impeachment is a political proceeding, but thanks anyway.
Why isn't this being reported by every media source!?. They're all slimey!!!..
