Despite its messy concepts, idiot plot, and inconsistent gameplay, Lost World dared to be different, and was executed well, giving me a few moments of glee, something I haven't felt since I was 7 playing my gamecube. And this song is so emotional, I very much enjoy this game.

Lol I can understand a mild enjoyment for it but… love is a strong word 😂 the story is below average at best, the writing is awful most of the time, the gameplay is incredibly hit or miss and even when it hits it’s just holding forward and spin dashing around the same cylindrical planetoids dozens of times over with some uninspired 2D sections sprinkled throughout. This game has its decent moments but to say you love it is either a gross overstatement of your true feelings or you simply aren’t very hard to please
This sounds like a combo of Planet Wisp and Aquarium Park and it’s perfect. I love Sonic music. I will admit that the series needs more music like this. It’s fast but it’s also pretty chill. To bad the level was mediocre tho...
I actually liked it. The one in the final zone did not need it. It just didn't fit. Here though, it feels like you are going through a tunnel with windows into the sea.
+The Internet it probably would've been better had Drill not controlled like ass in 3D. Fortunately, Super Sonic breaks the level. But getting him is a pain and a half, too.
This is one of my favourite Sonic tracks of all time, I was so happy when they played this at the Sonic 30th anniversary symphony, made me a little emotional 😭😅
One of my favorite Sonic games. It took me some time to learn the controls, but when I did I couldn't stop playing. The only thing I didn't like that much was the story, but the rest of the game was great. I also like the fact that the Chaos Emeralds are not needed, but you can get them if you want.
Have you played the BIG 3? They are the three must play sonic games imo. SA2, Colors, and unleashed. 1 is praised, but the other two are too good to pass up.

This is such an underrated game, it pretty much gets criticism from anyone and anything, all because of the gameplay being much slower. I really did enjoy lost world, some levels just felt so unique like this and honeycomb highway for example which you really don’t get to see in a lot of sonic 3D games anymore (Forces -_-) and the soundtrack was no joke at being killer in some parts.
a lot of people hate on Lost World but i actually have really fond memories of it. i genuinely enjoyed how it played so differently compared to Generations. sure, i still preferred Generations, but as someone who grew up playing Mario games all the time, Sonic Lost World was a lot of fun

I absolutely love Tropical Coast Zone act 3, it has you Rail Grinding in the ocean for the entire stage, and you can see this lovely atmosphere of the water with lots of fish & Coral, & then there’s a part where you enter this facility where they are mining sea rocks, I found this level challenging as a kid, but It’s the one of the best levels I’ve ever played in any sonic game.
