Back in the day, there used to be an IMDb page about the movie, and it said the plot was about a “clockwork kingdom”, if you look now it doesn’t show the plot, but maybe you could try the wayback machine?

Yeah I was so hyped for it then realized no news for ages so figured development hell and would be cancelled. Much like the web comic was missed out on by people cause they didnt know it existed

@@Twinklethefox9022 thats fair the seties had been dormamt for so long, the wii remake wasnt really promoted either. I only knew of the web comic/anime movie cause I would google Klonoa once every few months to see if anything new the copium haha

ive recently stumbled on klonoa: empire of dreams and ive been having a blast, so searched up out of curiousity the history of klonoa, he looks so cool how didn't i hear of him before, but anyways, it sucks to hear his movie got canclled, such a shame and loss. if done right it would be amazing to watch. ig now with the rise of the mario movie and how well it did to the audience, they might reconsider.

Gosh, I'd truly love for this movie to get revived, even if it isn't very likely despite Phantasy Reverie Series doing well. The Klonoa series is a perfect fit for an animated film adaptation!

@@simply_girly7976 Even Pokemon got their own films, too. Space Channel 5 is also getting a film adaptation, too, but Sega hasn't confirmed a release date yet.
