I have W210 E200 1996, i want to put m113 from S500 W220 2000. What will i need from the S class to make the swap?

was the w210 an e430??? before swap? i have a clk430 and a cl500 the 5.0 has a lot more torque but the 430 seems to rev more freely and work harder so i don't know if i swapped 5.0 in my clk if it would be any faster
