Right inbox sounds interesting for a non-profit organization that I represent. I periodically sent a bulk email to our members using the bcc method. There's about 800 emails, that I send in two batches to remain below Gmail's 500 address limit. Not sure if RIB would work; it mentions a daily limit for the free version but I haven't seen what the limit actually is. Having said that, RIBs other capabilities makes it worthwhile to look at anyway. Thanks for the tip.

So I went ahead and installed RIB, only to discover that MailMerge is omitted from the free version. The few features in the free version are severely limited to 10 per month. With all due respect, I think those are limitations you should have mentioned in your review, especially since you characterized it as "free". I will stick with the BCC method.

@@Simpletivity I tried this several times and it does not work. Everytime i send them out i send one to myself and it always shows the other 500 emails i have sent to others. So i am not sure why this happens.

@@imjust-angie Are you using the BCC method? Remember, as the sender you will always see the BCC email addresses. But no one in the BCC line will see any of these addresses. They will only see the address in the To line.

This was poorly done. The mail merge feature of Right Inbox looks great! But is only available in a paid plan. Which I do not believe is mentioned in this video. That should have been made clear as the first step in the video is not even possible without paying for it.

Spread sheet ? What´s that ? I only have my contacts in this Google contacts, and from there it doesn´t seem you can copy and paste ?
When you copy & paste the emails from the spreadsheet (I'm using Google sheets) to the Bcc field, do you have to separate email addresses with a comma or a semicolon?
No, Gmail should separate each email address if coming directly from a spreadsheet.

Hey, aren't your emails going to be tagged as SPAM on the recipients end? Like doesn't this go directly to their spam folders?
I don't think that the Gmail solution that Scott started off with is difficult. My emails did not go into spam.

It doesn't work, it requires subscriptions on every click just a waste of time
you can't mail merge with the fee version of Right Inbox. that function isn't available in the free version

How to send multiple emails to other single email? For example I have 20 email (from various people), and I want to send those 20 email to one person/email? How is it possible??
Here's how to send multiple emails to a single email in Gmail:
Select Emails: Select the emails you want to forward by clicking the checkboxes next to them. Use Ctrl+click (or Cmd+click on Mac) to select multiple emails at once.
Forward as Attachments:
Click the three dots (more options) icon in the top right corner of the selected emails.
Choose "Forward as attachment".
Address and Send: A new email window will open. Enter the recipient's email address, add any necessary additional message, and click "Send". The recipient will receive the emails as attachments.

Mail merge feature is not for free. I just checked it there is no option to send emails to multiple people by uploading csv.
All these features are not free you could mention that too
I don't know about mail merge but I am Pretty sure if we use BCC method and any recipient hits a reply button so everyone is gonna see that email too. which is not good.
Nope, with the BCC method, receipts do not see (or can respond to) anyone else contained within the BCC line. Hitting reply or reply all will only send to those within the To or CC line.
@@Simpletivity I just used Mail merge process. It showed me service invoke things after sending couple of emails. Now I am gonna use BCC process and I dont want my clients to see each other's email. Anyways thanks for the help :)
Just be aware that enable "Link Tracking" and "Open Tracking" is illegal if the recipients are in Europe.
It's not free anymore.
The mail merge feature may no longer be free, but Right Inbox still has a free plan.

Do not recommend Right Inbox. They have a lot of bugs. Their system switched my clickable signature link to a different link and now my page gets redirected to something totally wrong. Dangerous when you're trying to build a business. STOP RECOMMENDING.
