Ok but how can we read near the correct result of the stress on this part? Can we say the green area is our stress result on this part? What is the real result?

How can we determine the order of singularity in Solidworks? or any other software? Are there any direct tool?

Hello Ahmed. There is no direct tool in any software to do that as far as I know. You have to judge it yourself as a user of FEM software. Stress concentrations is one of the most discussed subjects regarding FEM-analyses.

Good video, a good way is to probe mesh independency. What i dont know is how to overcome this issue to tell the software to omit this singularity result
