That produces some degree of capacitance. Longer the transmission line the more capacitance. Phase line positions are rotated to reduce some capacitive load.

This created a huge problem for me when I installed solar panels on my home because for that I had to upgrade my meter and that was three-phase and the government has a policy that if a meter is three-phase then it will bill based on KVA. So anyone who is getting solar panels please make sure you are planning it based upon kva.
