This is a rare cartoon skit of a 'Jillian' character voiced by Molly Shannon. I found this years ago and thought it was hilarious. Today I can't find anything on the web or youtube about this cartoon or character. If anyone knows more about the 'Jillian' cartoon or if there are any other videos/episodes, please leave a comment.
