      @@circuitd942 sure. But most people will not know that difference. So understanding that “the pain in your head, whether it be a migraine or a headache” can come many different things, one of which being an allergy, may still help people

      @@circuitd942 Since when are migraines not able to be triggered by particular foods or substances or combinations of triggers, or food allergies not be able to trigger migraines? Yes, food allergy headaches present differently to migraines, but they're not mutually exclusive, and the commenter didn't describe the migraines/headaches, just the source. While I agree that people do tend to put headaches into the migraine bucket, there's not enough information here to justify jumping down this person's throat like this as if that's what they're doing.

      Or hormonal causes as well…

    • @tombeauchamp806
      @tombeauchamp806 Год назад

      Idk. Being told they're migraines by numerous doctors over the years sure had her convinced it was a migraine. And the fact that migraines often have food triggers that will still cause migraines that are identical to the other migraines. The fact that so many people are experts about something that even the experts don't understand makes the internet such a wonderful place. And yeah very different from an anaphylactic reaction, just migraines.

    I have started to suffer migraines more and more frequently over the last 3 years. I haven't had a migraine for about 4 months but woke up at 0430 this morning with one. I usually resort to medication, migraine relief frequencie, and, if possible, sleep to try and clear it. But i ran out of meds. I was desperate enough to look for some new frequencies on youtube and came across this (now at 1230 in the day). I honestly can't believe it's worked. It's taken my migraine down from unbearable to very tolerable, and the nausea has gone after only one round of the massage technique.
    Thank you.

I’ve realised that my muscles are causing the headache, so trying to release the trigger points and tension with exercises and hoping the headache will go. It’s been very depressing. I was wondering if anyone else has been through this and if anything helped them get better?
