People forgetting about Isotope is real fucking ironic considering that the whole point of the song is to explain how Steven was forgotten and replaced by Boyfriend.
Corrosion is my favorite because its able to stay interesting while being so long and at that is really beautiful with good vocal harmony and more complex lyrics than most mods
that's fair, since I was only looking at the cutscene part due to the video, I found that part to be pretty forgettable compared to rest. But for a 6 minute song they did a pretty good job
28:03 i realized that this part is rather a reference to the confrontation between Lobo or death and puss from puss in boots the last wish where they first meet its a nice callback to an epic movie in my opinion
Personally i like corrosion, not just because of the lyrics, but the whole mood of the song in general. I may sound stupid for say that considering a majority of aethos songs sound the "same", but corrosion just has a certain feeling to it, almost lovecraftian.

Twiddlefinger is one of my favorite lyrics songs ever. My copycat’s favorite song is Silly Billy, he’s a big fan of him. If i showed this video at him, he would be mad at me for putting Silly Billy in second lol. but both are masterpieces!

SIlly Billy is a lot deeper than it seems. You may or may not know this, but the entire song is dedicated to the FNF mod creator Divide who worked on mods like the Sonic.EXE mod that Prey is from. He pushed FNF modding to it's true limits, further than anyone had ever taken it, but unfortunately died in his sleep and never got to see how much his work would push the community forward. Yourself, the foe in Silly Billy, is based on a concept for a character called "Look-alike" which Divide never finished. The lyrics are directly calling out to Divide, telling him to stay awake so he can see how far his work has taken us over the years.

Now dont hate on me.. But if the lyrics dont fit the song or beat, they arent a "lyrical" section to me, more or less a DIALOGUE section. That's my take on it anyway, so some songs here would either drop lower, rank higher, or outright be removed due to this rule I have when ranking.

A lot of these mods aren't technically lyric mods! They actually just have dialogue sections, where the characters are saying dialogue accompanied by an animation. They are not singing. Untold loneliness, Too Slow DSides, Isotope, Prey, and more fall into this category. Figured this was worth mentioning
Slow D-side is clearly singing along with the beat, Isotope plays into that to. Prey is fair, but Untold loneliness also plays into the beat of the song. Most of these are also what other creaotr have said are as the many MANY RUclipsrs quickly grabbing them all and putting them together
@@Natedog1520 Dialogue sections can (and often do) go along with the rhythm of a song. It is more so whether there are actually notes being sung or just words being spoken.

Though it may not be a one to one I felt it was still notable to note, but you can always remove it from the list if you believe it shouldn't be on there to get near the same outcome Prey was fair and if I make a part two will remove it
I think cyborg is so good definitely in my top 10. I think mainlt how much emotion he pours into it you can definitely feel the pain it also captures the feeling and theme of alot of fans when ttg camr out
Loved the ranking, everything was fair and made sense for their ranking. I don't know if you were only doing lyric mods that sere playable, but if you weren't you definitely missed out on a song called Liar(My personal favorite out of all the mandela songs created.)

About yo: The opponent in the song is penkaru, an fnf player/streamer/host of funkkast. In the intro of the song, he says something along the lines of "This mod is gonna be sh*tty". With that context, i'm assuming the whole point of the song is that the player, bop city creator, daniel hummus (his oc, the lincoln loud guy, is very parodic of crappy fnf ocs), is watching as his mod gets torn to shreds by a streamer. With lines like "No one can put me to shame" and "I have nothing to lose nor to gain" being penkaru basically saying "No one's gonna do anything about it, there will be no reprecussions.". Bop city itself is also a parody of fnf mods, and honestly a great mod for being about brainrot (there are really bad songs though, dont get me wrong, still funny tho).

Ngl good list, the ratings make sence for the most point, my top 5 goes as follows: 5th: Trinity D-side (Not the one in the video, there is another that i would put around the normal trinity) 4th-Isotope, just a good song 3rd- Crimson Awakening- the nostalgia hit hard on that one 2nd- Twiddlefinger- They made what could have easily been a mediocre joke song to one of the best fnf songs 1st- Shell Shocker D-side - i just like d-side songs and this is the only fnf song i normall listen to when cooking which gives it bonus points Some honourable mentions are Silly Billy( and to a lesser extent funny bunny), trinity and Safety Lullaby

But if the lyrics dont fit the song or beat, they arent a "lyrical" section to me, more or less a DIALOGUE section. That's my take on it anyway, so some songs here would either drop lower, rank higher, or outright be removed due to this rule I have when ranking.

A lot of these mods aren't technically lyric mods! They actually just have dialogue sections, where the characters are saying dialogue accompanied by an animation. They are not singing. Untold loneliness, Too Slow DSides, Isotope, Prey, and more fall into this category. Figured this was worth mentioning
Slow D-side is clearly singing along with the beat, Isotope plays into that to. Prey is fair, but Untold loneliness also plays into the beat of the song.
Most of these are also what other creaotr have said are as the many MANY RUclipsrs quickly grabbing them all and putting them together

Though it may not be a one to one I felt it was still notable to note, but you can always remove it from the list if you believe it shouldn't be on there to get near the same outcome

The opponent in the song is penkaru, an fnf player/streamer/host of funkkast. In the intro of the song, he says something along the lines of "This mod is gonna be sh*tty". With that context, i'm assuming the whole point of the song is that the player, bop city creator, daniel hummus (his oc, the lincoln loud guy, is very parodic of crappy fnf ocs), is watching as his mod gets torn to shreds by a streamer. With lines like "No one can put me to shame" and "I have nothing to lose nor to gain" being penkaru basically saying "No one's gonna do anything about it, there will be no reprecussions.". Bop city itself is also a parody of fnf mods, and honestly a great mod for being about brainrot (there are really bad songs though, dont get me wrong, still funny tho).

1. Silly billy (super emotional in composition, basically revived fnf.)
2. Shucks (Just a genuinely great song that doubles as an awesome callback to an old sml episode. sucks that it didnt get a cutscene, which leaves other people to make some awesome fanmade cutscenes.)

5th: Trinity D-side (Not the one in the video, there is another that i would put around the normal trinity)
4th-Isotope, just a good song
3rd- Crimson Awakening- the nostalgia hit hard on that one
2nd- Twiddlefinger- They made what could have easily been a mediocre joke song to one of the best fnf songs
1st- Shell Shocker D-side - i just like d-side songs and this is the only fnf song i normall listen to when cooking which gives it bonus points
