Yeah, actually, it does help. And infinite thanks. I suffer from some very severe depression and The Hu's music is probably the most effective part of my crisis plan. There's just something about "Wolf Totem."

I came across this group a couple of weeks ago a fell in luv…didn’t know much about Mongolians but an into heavy metal and listened to everything I could by The Hu…come to find out yesterday that my father’s father that I always thought was Spanish was actually Mongolian…wow mind blowing 😂❤🎉

Mongolian music is basically an expression of the natural world earth, fire, water and how combined, these elements are life itself.
I did not know they won that award. That’s amazing!! 🎉 I really wanted to see them in Leeds last year, but I had no money at the time. Really hope you come back to the UK, lads! I’ve bought your album now.

It's a general term for all aspects/ranges of Mongolian throat singing and is alternately spelled khuumii, khuumei, khoomii, hoomii, höömii, or xoomii. Every source offers something different by way of spelling!
Subordinate techniques used in throat singing include kharkhiraa (= lowest growl-sounding notes), shakhaa (= mid-range notes), isgeree ([also called sygyt] = high-pitched, whistling-sound notes), each sub-type being sung either solo or in combination with the other khuumii techniques.

🎉 they're amazing what a great sound I'm from Buffalo New York and I was searching through RUclips and I saw a Papa Roach with the HU did I was simply amazed I love the sound it gives me inspiration everyday weird to have tears over music but that is a great song what an inspiration of two different cultures coming together

The translator completely overtakes the monologues of the Hu members so you cannot hear them talking at all! Very disappointing!

I was excited for this docu, but rather sad to see the musician's voices being dubbed in English. I want to hear them speak in their own voice and language. It feels like a part of their culture is robbed from the viewer by putting a dubbed white voice on top of it.
