The newspaper idea 100% amazing. Think about it, she's 90, when she was younger you literally couldn't get anything printed out until early 2000s at home. i.e in her 70s, now she's got her own print. Lydia knows how to put a smile on peoples faces for sure!

What a vlog can't believe how much work has been done on the office in 3 days. Alfie is not falling asleep to your vlogs he is falling asleep to your voice he loves his daddy.
When someone falls asleep to a vlog it means that you have a comforting voice for them.
Been on the gym grind aswell Tom after 1 year being stuck in bed and sitting. Finally in May i could start training slightly and mainly focused on my meals being more green and healthy! Currently down 20kg after gaining so much weight in my time being sick. So now current weight is 99.8kg! Looking forward to lose more and get back to my normal weight before i got sick which is 80kg! Just wanted so say it's been fun seeing your gym and health grind and wanted to let you know that there are people watching you who is on the same grind as you, keep inspiring people to want a change in their bodies and health to become better!
Get a shed/outside storage unit all shelved for all your stuff! So much easier

I remember a few years ago Tom said he ordered a boosted board. Never heard anything since. That would have made for some good clips. Although maybe not worth it as they can be dangerous
As most of my family have sadly passed watching ur videos with family get togethers make me smile so much remembering all the good times.Thankyou for making me smile tom as it takes alot these days to smile and sharing all ur family gathering with your viewers. Your daily vlogs and content are what I look forward to in a day especially as a young mother (24) to a 2 year old and being a fan since you started up! I even got my whole family fiance and bestfriend into the vlogs 💯💯 here since day 1 and will be here till the end! Thanks for the great vlog today Tom! Got home from teaching after finishing early due to summer starting to find my cat had been hit by a car. It had unfortunately passed away so thanks for giving me something to smile about!

Been in spain for the last 5 days and thr last 2 ive been burnt all over havent moved from my hotel room havin hot and cold sweats so that probably means its heat stroke but you tomm have cheered me up with the last few vlogs allways love your vlogs weather there 30 mins or 15 long ill allways watch enjoy your weekend

30 degree water feels colder because it tells your skin to vaso dilate and all the heat leaves your body but your core temp won’t change as much. If it’s too cold for you then you’re likely showering too hot Tom and need to try some more cold water exposure, do 20 secs of cold at the end of your shower before you turn it off. Changed my life

I have definitely realised that babies develop at different rates, because your child was born 4 months after my little second cousin Douglas and he has progressed so much faster! The food your baby is having is more mature, he is already standing up and learning to walk. It's insane! He has started to teeth now, but still very much a fast learner and grower is your Alfie. I'm not gonna lie, Tom, but I get why Alfie falls asleep to the vlog. It's calming to hear a parents voice to fall asleep to. I still don't fall asleep without falling asleep to a mans voice because my dad used to read us bedtime stories. It's a comfort thing...on another note I would love to see the signature collection in pink and white

The reason the pool is cold vs the air outside is because water is a far better conductor than air (the sensation of cold is just heat being conducted away from your body), so any temperature variance away from body temp will be noticeable in water. If you want the water to be lukewarm you should set the pool to around 37c or higher depending on how warm you want it to feel, but 37c is average body temp so should feel like lukewarm water, anything above that will start feeling warm to hot.
Little man falling asleep to your vlogs is the biggest complement cause it means hes happy and safe and love the sound of your voice dont worry its not because they are boring :)

Just to let you know I watch every minute of every video I’m in a dark dark place at the moment with my mental health and being on my own with no one around but watching your vlogs puts a smile on my face every week night and helps me calm down I used to watch you with my partner also, once I can get back on my feet and get the new Xbox again or a pc I hope I see you in any game possible (zombies) or something but can’t wait to get a shot of xdefiant but I’ll get there one day keep doing what your doing man! Great vlog! Loving the new merch everyone is creating. I am a fan of the sand and black. While the sand and white is a nice combo, you can't tell someone is wearing your merch unless you're next to them.
