- This tier list is fairly subjective. I have taken the raw stats of each animal into the account, but i also looked at their efficiency as a species if they lived in a real world

You could do unique recruits, weapons, factions or even map areas/base locations. Any would be good!
I'd personally love to see a faction tier list based on their longevity and influence.
Hey you forgot to mention that beak things are blind but compensate it with a great sense of smell. Great tier list!
They also most likely use a from of echo location as well.

@@MAUR19 They use their mouth like a cone. Notice how it never closes and stays the same shape. They also emit a strange clicking noise periodically. I had a mod that let me keep one as a pet, i got to notice a lot of stuff i never noticed before.

You don't have to be a torso to get owned by a single goat in the early game if you're noob enough to take them on 1v1 at that point, those things can be bloody vicious!

There are Kenshi Unique Recruit tier list videos out there, could be interesting to hear your opinion on it. Also why are Crabs not S tier??? The crabbed are Very angry with you!!!

@@stavroufamily6643 Crab raiders live in the bottom-right corner of the map, along the coast above the Ashlands. Do not join the skin bandits, reavers or skeleton bandits or they will be hostile.
Pretty sure don't have to join them to buy crabs, only if you want their armor
@@absolutelyfookinnobody2843 You get instant -75 to rep with them if you join any other gang but you can buy crabs if you are not affiliated with anyone, sure.
Goats also tend to DESTROY you if you think you can take them on with beginner stats.
God I love hearing more about kenshis world and creatures its such a fascinating place!

A player war-trained Bull can slaughter a pack of beak things solo, or 1/2 a town.
Kenshi 2 cannot come soon enough.
faction tier list
Some Elder animals get quite the buff in their later life:
Garru are VERY fast and I can understand how they survive in Kenshi since they can outrun most predators. But they turn like a brick house and get stuck on obstacles often.
Bone Dogs can have some crazy DPS when they hit elder, almost makes them into a glass cannon.
Crabs become slow moving tanks with great AoE.
But of course... Elder Beakthings take the SS tier, they are almost as fast as a double masterwork scout legged Hiver.
The beakthings' usual weakness being too slow of an attack windup to hit fleeing targets is also no more for an Elder as their attack speed is boosted making them one of the biggest threats in the game. Especially when a direct hit on the vitals is almost a guaranteed death blow to all but the most heavily armored characters with high toughness.
on my 1 playthough going for a min/max game with a shek heavy user. the bull I carried around as a massive backpack. Well I left him with my camp for the 1st 100 days and filled him with stacks of iron ore and trained him up, then later took him with my main. Then trained him some more with stacks of cores to encumber him and of course I would also drop him into battle any chance I got , now with stats in the 80 range the thing slaughters basically anything and is the best AOE critter in the game hitting upto 10 people at a time for 300+ damage.

Fun fact: the domesticated bulls you encounter in HN lands deal mostly blunt damage because of their stumped horns the ones you see in the wild deal mostly cutting damage because of their sharp horns. The domesticated ones are way more dangerous especially if you tend to wear heavy armor.

Those who favor animals in their team would need a mod to tame/recruit them. Makes sense when they used to have animal taming in the beta builds, but considering that even Leviathans could be carried into cages, that is the greatest tank in the game, causing massive AOE damage that allies in its attack range are essentially protected.

Saw a huge pack of beak things attacking a Leviathan today. They lost, but not by much.
And here i am slashing through hoards of Bloodspiders and Swampraptors after being trapped in Mongrel for the first 10 days because i thought it was a good idea to build a base in the swamp on my first playthrough. The spiders had ran down most of the guards in the Grayflayer Village before day 30.
lol i settled in the swamp village shark and same thing happened, i was healing all the town guards and was allied with their faction but the bloodspiders just kept invading the town, i lost like 3 characters i had just farming the crops in town, i had to move out
The weapon range of the flesh spiders can be fixed with a mod, vanilla it is waaaay to far

Bulls are S tier for me...
Early on I leave them carrying tons of iron and following a hauler... by the time they are an adult they have around 60 athletics and 50 strength...
Once I have a couple adults I take my herd thru the desert... watching them plow thru starving bandits and outlaws...
Very good aoe dmg and knockbacks
It took 3 of my snipers continuous shooting and half a packpack of ammo to kill one leviathan but 12k for a pearl, very worth it, also 8 of my meele guys knocked out , but nothing that some bed rest shouldnt solve and maybe 1 new mechanic leg
My party's pack bull, Billy, is our secret weapon. He can chew through crowds like paper or send a paladin to Okran in record time
Beak things have a rarely known weakness: once you put them in bed they are unable to leave it on their own, and can be used for combat training. This should lose them a couple of ranks...
I say it gains them ranks
You could do boss tier list, town tier list, money making scheme tier list, race tier list, mod tier list, areas for settling or areas for loot tier lists.
how can you feed your pet bone dog? he's starving to death but won't eat raw meat or anything

the bonedogs are so annoying with food, build a animal food trough at your base and leave them by it
Beak Things are my kryptonite. They show up and dismember my people before the cannibals find and eat them or the slavers put them to work.

Swamp turtles have an unused attack in the files that deals good damage, I'd put them in the high D. Boneyard wolves roam in huge packs and are way more dangerous than bonedogs easy B tier
there 3 kind of bull actually,pack bull,domesticated bull,and wild bull...and they have slighty have differend characteristic tho.
You should do a video about the traders guild in kenshi.
so like bone wolves are just dangerous like s tier deadly . id rather fight 10 beak things then 10 bone wolves
4:13 actually, bonedogs in a group of 3 can clear out a small fort of HN, how I know? I set me 3 bonedogs on the fort E of the small settlement. So Ide bump that to atleast B.
Watching the full video, bonedogs and wolves are just as feral as beakthings, you also missed a few points on some of them. Beakthings also have a wide aoe. Given the right gear, any of these things will die before they reach you.
