And I want an iPad Mini which prints banknotes and cures cancer. If you want these features, buy an iPad Pro. I like the wide bezel as it is because it's just right for such a small touchscreen.
I think I may upgrade to the Mini 7 from the 6. The trade in value of the Mini 6 256GB is $230 USD. Obviously nothing to be impressed by but, with the convenience of doing it at the store, I think it's enough to say that the Mini 7 at $370 USD + tax is okay.

Bro you can’t say it’s for content consumption and then recommend the Apple Pencil Pro when a $5-10 USB C pencil from Temu will do the same job to take notes and navigate, the APP is for creatives on M series iPad’s, even Apple’s USB C pencil would be a huge waste of money. The 7 is for consumption.
I mentioned the new pencil is available and I use it for writing notes. Sure you can create with any iPad, but it feels like this one is really more about consuming content than creating, at least for me
The jelly scrolling is fixed. I'm debating on getting one for content consumption. I love reading books and the mini 6 with the jelly scrolling is too annoying to look at.
