This left me weeping. I am so sorry for the loss of one of your friends, Andy, but I rejoice in the demonstration of intimate love displayed in this poem. I can feel the moments of memory you were dwelling in while describing your Public Park Heart, grills and poets and drinks and laughter and hope and renewal everywhere, the sun drifting through the trees honey-thick and slow so you can celebrate your togetherness. Thank you for reminding me to celebrate the togetherness.
