Love the tour & the house. In my opinion, in the primary room it is better to close the entrance to the shower room with a wall, so that on the other side there will be the toilets, in a new location. and the new entrance through the main round entrance of the room. That way, there will also be privacy for those who shower because the new toilet will be in front.

Your kitchen is amazingly big and nice to entertaining and also I like the white cabinets on white walls it looks clean and minimalist but before you waste more than $100K in a new one try to paint it will save a lot of money you can also replace the doors in a completely different style keeping the frame. Hi there, not sure I want to say the exact purchase price but looking at comps for similar houses in the area for the same sq. footage - they are around 1.2 to 1.6M - SD has gone crazy in terms of house prices in the last few years!

Hi there, it's from a company called JEKCA - they have a ton of different breeds. Just FYI, it took me about 10 hours to build total. It's not mean for younger kids (like Lego). You may have to help her or build it for her.
