Thanks for putting together this excellent tutorial. I needed to help repair someone’s PC where the hard drive had crashed and they had didn't have the original Windows install DVD. I soon found out that installing a Windows ISO via USB was a non-starter as the BIOS didn’t support that as an option. Then I found out that the ISO nowadays is too big for a bootable DVD option. So was relieved when I came cross this video. I followed your instructions step by step and it work perfectly for me. Many thanks!

YOU my friend are the F**ng man!! I gave my other laptop a fresh reset and apparently something happened where i essentially lost everything even the OS system. I had no way of booting an usb drive to the computer so i was STUCK. I saw your video and did everything and wasnt able to boot up the OS download from the bios, however.. I was able to acquire the recovery screen for the internal OS system by pressing f10 and was able to download the OS from the cloud when I attempted to do a factory reset once again. It took a while but I was able to download the OS and get the laptop running again. Thanks a bunch for your help! keep up the great work.

Thank you! This did not work for me the first time, and the culpirt was my router. I tried disabling the firewall there and tweak other options, all to no avail. Once I connected both laptops to a separate router it all worked and I could install Windows 10 from another PC running Windows 10. If others are having problems, I also did not need to disable Windows firewall (but had to allow the program to accept connections when prompted), and I did not need to run Serva as admin.
Very good video Torogi! In your video you explain how to install a clean windows installation. I have a question for you. Is it possible to install windows with all the programs and software and then create an image and deploy it with this SERVA software over the network? I can do this with 3th party software like Ghost or True Image but then need to boot into their console with their boot cd. It would be interested to create a image file with all the software installed that is compatible with PXE boot of Serva. Thanks and Regards,

More than likely, your company doesn't use a generic windows 10 image, but one that comes with a lot of settings and software pre-installed and configured. The imaging process would take care of that automatically.

Yes. When u configure serva, u have the option to configure ur own DHCP server with serva or us an existing DHCP server from your router just by ticking the option "proxy dhcp" on serva.

so this worked for me the first time i did it. added some more isos to the wds shares folder and now nothing works at all. deleted and started over and still nothing connects at all. i have no idea how adding more isos in their own separate folders can cause this to just completely die :(

For me, after changing all the netowrk settings to allow sharing from the host PC, I then had to change the Timeout to 5 seconds under TFTP Configuration, and then run Serva as Administrator, and all of a sudden the network boot started working on the client PC on next restart... No idea why.
