I love seeing all the different approaches and stopping to think of the circumstances under which one might be better than another. Also, thanks for the idea of rotating the face when it ended up at the wrong angle. This is a lot less cumbersome than what I normally do it.
My father died earlier today. I don’t know why I’m watching fusion 360 tutorials on my favourite 360 tutorial channel. It’s the only thing I can watch right now and take my mind off things.
@@Fusion360School you don’t know how much that means. You are a gem, not only what you do on your channel but as a human being. Thanks, I really don’t know why I had to share that but I had too :)
Hi, from Google translate, I gather that you are asking whether I can model the whole piece. Unfortunately, I have no plans to do so. This design basically composes of extrudes of basic shapes. The "knurling" on the knob is basically a circular pattern of a triangular extrude. I don't really think that there is anything fresh here that I can present. Sorry about this. I would be happy to answer any questions that you might have on the modelling steps.
How many did you get? Did I miss out any?
Only like three, great video. The different chapter marks work well, It makes it easy to flip back and compare the different operations you did
I love how you calmly and methodically go over each technique without wasting any time. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Soooo many ways to get this done! Thank you for showing all these methods.
Where have you been all my F360 life?! :) So.good. Thanks for ALL your videos.

Sorry to hear that. My condolences. Glad to be of some help.

Some fantastic examples here, also learnt a couple more tips, including the one on chapters. Thank you.
thank you. I will definitely use your instructions in my future designs
Awesome tips! It's in my favourite list of Fusion 360 tips! Thanks!
Thank you very much for the deep dive into this subject.
Amazing! Soo many different ways
Thank you!
Amazing, thank you.
I wonder which of these techniques are most robust and least computationally demanding?
I would imagine that it would be simple cross-sectional extrude.
puede hacer un video modelando esa pieza ?

How do you get this smooth orbiting at the beginning of the video?
Hi, I use a 3Dconnexion space mouse.
WOW 3 days learn more than a year of using it lol
