I think the idea of changing gender is not only because of the advanced technology but also because of the media like anime and manga or movies that promoted the idea of changing the gender like for example Ranma 1/2 anime, I grew up in the 90's so anime/cartoon on the National TV for children to watch, the parents don't know about this, they think this is just cartoon, so what's the harm? The harm especially for children is that they will idolize the anime character to the extent of they want to be just like their favorite characters by cosplaying (y'know costume play like the pedophile cosplaying Santa Claus every year to attract children). Imagine a grown adult dressing like anime character. Now, in this modern era they can take it to another level, changing sex. It's not enough to cosplay like Ranma 1/2, now they want the real thing. If you're a man dressing like a woman, that's enough to get you cursed by Allaah let alone changing the creation of Allaah. The parents has the responsibility to keep their children away from watching garbage. Just because it's a cartoon doesn't mean it's okay, even the Islamic cartoon is not allowed if it has music.
Muslims. Homeschool. Your. Kids. Allah gives you guidance by His grace and you send your children off to get influenced and raised by people that received little to no guidance?
I did not know thiese terrible ideas already are present in kids living in Dubai ! I thought the environment was not that toxic. I am shocked ! I mean, you can liten such kind of questions in western , not supposed to be in arab countries !!
