- In this clip from John Carpenter's classic horror film The Fog, a man thinks that the knocking at his door is just some pranksters, but he is wrong... DEAD WRONG.
The sleepy seaside village of Antonio Bay is about to learn the true meaning of the word "vengeance." For this seemingly perfect town masks a guilty secret...a past steeped in greed and murder. Exactly 100 years ago, a ship was horribly wrecked under mysterious circumstances in a thick, eerie fog. Now, shrouded in darkness, the long dead mariners have returned from their watery grave to exact a bloody revenge.

holy shit, ''dan'' should have stayed on the phone- a great film from long ago.
This actor also played the policeman father of the girl who gets strangled in the car in Halloween. (By the way, she also appeared in The Fog as the assistant to Mrs. Williams, the centennial organizer). The policeman father is killed by Michael Myers in Halloween 2. (This poor dude keeps getting bumped off!)
You mean charles cyphers, who played Sheriff brackett in Halloween n and he didn't die in Halloween 2.
@@dollymarie5359 you're right, Sheriff Brackett didn't die. It was another policeman who got his throat slashed because he didn't listen to Dr. Loomis' warnings that Michael Myers was not dead.

That maybe true for the Theatrical Cut, but in Rick Rosenthal's Original Cut of *"HALLOWEEN II",* Marshall Terrence Gummell was to be used by The Shape as a bullet shield from Dr. Sam Loomis' Smith & Wesson Model 15 (though this was poorly edited in the Extended TV Cut).
That loud music sting always get me out of me seat. Fantastic jump scare. 🫣
Well, at least he goes down fighting. But, there's only so much one can do with a hook in their neck. I'm not bashing this movie at all, even if it seems like I am. I love this movie.
What are you talking about? Some of the greatest feats in all of human history were achieved by people with hooks through their neck. They just got on with it and didn't complain.
Stevie took a hook through the neck and she turned out ok.
Saw this a few weeks ago for the first time, crepes the heck out of me!
Made me jump a few times and I don't scare easily
RIP Charles Cyphers
Dan got hooked.....
It’s Starker from ‘Assault on precinct 13’
@Hanzo He was also in the original Halloween (Annie's father).

What's Sheriff Brackett doing here?
Always someone bigger lol..
Was that Paul lynde? He should have made a snarky comment while they were dragging him away.
The spirits terrorizing Antonio Bay are spirits from Japanese folklore known as Funayurei (en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funayūrei)
Should've listened
