Watching from Portland, Oregon I have driven across Alberta from British Columbia where we visited Drumheller. I honestly have to say that Drumheller had the largest concentration of mosquitoes that I have ever encountered in my entire life LOL... and thank you for the informative video! 😊🤙
Hi... I'm writing from Panama (Central America). Me and my familiy are in the process to get our working - permanent visa to move to Canada. After doing a little research, and after watching different vídeos including yours, we are fascinated with Lethbridge. We are looking for a nice place for the 4 of us!
We moved down to Lethbridge from Edmonton in 1970 to work on a new sewage treatment works down by the river . Rented an apartment in the only high rise at the time . Left in 1971 to travel around the US and later Australia . The dust storms and chinooks stand out in our memories also Waterton and the other parks . My wife did a University course with a daughter of one of the local indigenous groups . A great spot to get down to Glacier National Park in the US . Good memories , I bet the city has changed since then .
Ontario, You sold my friend two homes in Lethbridge and she recommended that we check out your videos as well. We have been playing with the idea of leaving Ontario.

We're a family currently in Pennsylvania and we don't want to move back to Ottawa. We have 2 questions: 1. What is employment rates (I'm an electrician by trade) like? 2. Our son is on the autism spectrum, so what services are available as well as the best school for him to attend?
unemployment rates in Alberta are at historic lows right now and anecdotally, every trade I talk to is crazy busy so as an electrician you shouldn't have any issues with employment. As far as the services your son would require, unfortunately that isn't an area i am informed enough in to answer.
We are planning to move on Lethbridge now . We're currently in Ontario.. Im curious about the interest rate of mortgage in Alberta,. If it's the same in Ontario?
@@kurtishawkins What happened ? From our contacts in Alberta the drug problem has escalated enormously since we left , whether its more than elsewhere in the world these days I don't know .
@@grosvenorclub i recommend watching my Lethbridge pros and cons video - ruclips.net/video/hpGbtk2jO2c/видео.html - I touch on that here. Its not as bad as most major cities by any means. It has improved quite a bit from 2 years ago and hopefully that continues.
Thinking about doing this move in the next 4-5 months peeved i didnt time it better seems Calgary is getting hot and Ottawa is cooling which is weird with sales tanking n rates about to raise again. Do you have a link to look at some stats about Lethbridge Sales, avg price etc

Electricity is cheaper in bc, one of the few things.
I leth bridge over 30 years ago and moved to Florida.

On google it's written Lethbridge is the most unsafe city in all of Canada is it true?
I think it’s highest crime per capita. But comparing to any big city Lethbridge is very safe

as far as sports stadiums? there is the enmax centre and the university of Lethbridge as well as the YMCA (second biggest in Canada)
Can one make living by driving Uber or taxi in Lethbridge?????
