The Health Craft Kitchen Machine is the most versatile food cutter on the market. The only thing it will not do is cut raw meat or slice tomatoes, however it works as a cheese grater and a precision vegetable cutter for making salads and decorative garnishes. It will grate and peel pumpkin for pies, chop and peel onions, and waffle cut cucumbers for bread and butter pickles. It slices and de-strings celery for stir-fry and makes coleslaw at the rate of a gallon a minute. It cuts shoe-string fries, grates potatoes for hash browns, and can slice or waffle cut potato chips. Perfect for special diets and preparing baby food, use it to cut all types of vegetables, fruits, hard sausages and cooked meat.
Our Kitchen Machine was re-designed by culinary professionals, to optimize its effectiveness; it's not a gadget, it's a kitchen appliance. It features a one-piece body construction and it's easy to use, clean and store. It has one large-square suction cup that locks down on any clean, smooth surface, just turn the handle from right to left to lock it into place. The Health Craft Kitchen Machine Food Kutter weighs only about 8 pounds. The Dehlrin bushing makes it easy to turn, providing complete control over the speed and size of the foods processed, and there are no ball bearings to grease. The slide-on food guide automatically positions food perpendicular to the cutting cone blade on the extra wide hopper to give you a perfect cut every time. Complete with 5 surgical stainless steel cutting cone blades, you'll find many uses for your Health Craft Kitchen Machine Food Kutter™, and with a little practice you'll be cutting like a pro in no time.

I'm glad I found your video. You are the only one to show how to use the white plastic guide which is so much better than not using it. I have had my machine for a while now but didn't know how to use it. Thank you so much for the demonstration. It's so much faster than using a hand held food greater.
I bought 2 of these food cutters, and I never got a food guide!
love LOVE love this machine. I have daughters coveting it for the cheese grater. lol. Thanks for the video!
I JUST bought one off of eBay and am hoping to absolutely squeeze every ounce of usefulness out of it.....
I purchased this machine many years ago at my city's annual festival, however , it did not have a guide for the slicer, this must be new thanks for the demo

Did you find a replacement for the base?
My mom has had one of these since I can remember and still uses it all the time. I actually thought they were a thing of the past and was certain I would have to fist fight my sister for it, guess there's no need now.
