The beginning of the video starts at Hongdae which isnt an upscale area but rather a trendy place full of fashion shops and bars where youngsters like to hang out. As I walk closer to the training center, yes it is one of many affluent neighbourhoods in Seoul with expensive apartments!
you have to consider that YG is a multi-company group. they have multiple business with multiple sub-companies and some of them take different spaces to do their job, this means that YG Ent. needs a lot of space which until now were a lot of separated buildings, with the new building things might be different tho.
Ygx, ygplus, yg black label, yg main building, yg new building and yg training centre.. But for what i know ygx and black label is not their own, they just rent it while the other 3 is own buy them.. And yg also has 2 store in complexs area
