Where do you source your wood? I'm in BOP and I can only find Pine, Macrocarpa and Redwood

Halswell Timber usually for Rimu. Not sure where to source it in the BOP, but sometimes I see people selling it on Trade Me so that might be worth a try. Just be careful with any reclaimed timber for chopping boards, since you won't know what chemicals it's been exposed to.

Board conditioner - it's a mixture of food grade mineral oil and beeswax
