Is there any other places in greater Vancouver that allows train horn to be blown?

Some areas they allow horns to be blown but crossings near towns, houses, etc are not allowed to blow their horns. Majorly of Greater Vancouver (Burnaby, Richmond and Vancouver) have Quiet Zones, further out there are horn zones.
