    Very informative video Sivesh, my request would be that you make a video describing which mode in an OTG to use while baking different stuff like breads, cakes, cookies. Also videos showing the kind of things which can go wrong while baking like what happens when you overmix a cake or add too much of baking soda or the batter is of wrong consistency. Thanks in advance looking forward to more and more videos from you.

    Hello Shivesh,
    I have recently started to pursue my interests in baking. So far, I have baked tea cakes in deep pan (kadai), and they have turned out to be fine. I want to experience more and diversify my baking interests. My questions are :
    1- Should I be buying an otg or keep on continuing the experience in kadhai only? Does having an otg makes experimenting more diversified and easier?
    2- If the answer is a 'yes',
    kindly suggest which brand should I chose ( I am a beginner and goin to bake for family only)?
    3- Also suggest a good brand for hand mixer :)
    Thanks in advance :)

    • @tvishabajaj9172
      @tvishabajaj9172 3 года назад +1

      I know I am not shives but you should really consider buying a small otg as it does other things like grilling and toasting and few good brands can be Phillips,morphy Richards and Bajaj and for hand mixer consider buying from the brand Phillips and bajaj

    I don't have measuring cups or a weight scale . I just take a tea cup and a normal spoon yet have perfect measurements. I have a square almuniam cake mould and a glass circle shaped cake mould yet I don't have any problems in baking. I don't have a icing spatula but have a flat knife which help me decorate. I don't have a electric whisk I just use my blender or normal whisk to whip. I don't need parchment paper because I dust the pan with flour after applying oil,it just works like a parchment paper. I don't even have cupcake moulds, I do them with normal round shape small bowls . I have the rest of the things you told and I think they are really important for baking.

    Thanks for info bro, but my mom loves using the scales cuz it's easier and cup measurement ain't the same for some country eg 250 ml is equal to 1 cup in Malaysia. She prefer to use the silicone pastry brush instead of fibre or bristles made with boar hair is likely to fall out or splinter. Medical student Malaysia I don't cook or bake I just love eating tasty foods. ✌👌
