Something we've done the last few years to extend the Christmas fun is an activity advent! Really simple things like make snowflakes, hot cocoa party, watch a holiday movie, etc. Nothing expensive or complicated. My daughter was old enough this year to help write the cards and suggest ideas, so it has been even more fun for her when one of her cards is pulled for the day 🤗❤️
As soon as you held up the Reeses...😂! I know we have this same conversation each year but I haven't learned to buy an extra bag either. I always love your Christmas Eve box! Great shopping as usual. ❤
We used to do the Christmas Eve box, but now we do it December 1 with pj’s, treats and a few activities for them to do when they are bored during the month. Now we do their sibling gift exchange so their gifts don’t get over shadowed by bigger things. They love it and have a new toy to play with all day! But I love the idea of a game, I might wrap a family gift game for us to play that day as well!
We have those Kit Kats too. They are new in the states. They have had them in Europe for a few years. I buy two bags of Reese’s. I prefer the Reese’s nutcrackers.
We are pretty careful about RUclips in our house! We only let them watch if we are with them or if we are looking up how to do something. It’s funny they aren’t interested in my videos at all 😂
In my area it's a small business that buys giant pallets of returns from lots of places. If you want to see if there is something like that around you I would search for "Pallet bins" "Pallet return stores" or "return bins" and see if anything pops up!
