Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
Combine the ground chicken, ginger-garlic paste, grated onion, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala, white pepper powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they are well incorporated. This ensures that every kebab will be flavorful and moist.
Step 2: Marinate
