    Ingredients
    To make Malai Seekh Kebabs, you will need the following ingredients:
    500g of ground chicken
    2 tablespoons of fresh cream
    2 tablespoons of hung yogurt
    1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
    1 finely chopped green chili
    1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander leaves
    1 teaspoon of garam masala
    1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
    Salt to taste
    Instructions
    Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
    Combine the ground chicken, ginger-garlic paste, grated onion, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala, white pepper powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they are well incorporated. This ensures that every kebab will be flavorful and moist.
    Step 2: Marinate
    Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour. This marination process is crucial as it allows the flavors to meld together, making the kebabs even more delicious.
    Step 3: Shape the Kebabs
    After marination, take the mixture out of the refrigerator. With wet hands, take a small portion of the mixture and shape it around a skewer to form a cylindrical shape. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up. If you don't have skewers, you can also shape them into patties.
    Step 4: Grill the Kebabs
    Preheat your grill or a stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush it with some butter or oil to prevent the kebabs from sticking. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. The kebabs should be golden brown and cooked through. The grilling process will give the kebabs a nice char and enhance their flavor.
    Saute onion,ginger-garlic with spices and add almond paste, cream add kababs and cook till the gravy thickens.
