    I’m curious what prof Pete thinks about McGill work?

      This seems to fly in the face to a lot of what Stuart McGills ( back mechanic)methods explore. Of course there are cross overs between the two but they definitely contradict each other. Maybe the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

    Muscles are the phantom organ. Check for trigger points. It's the simplest and cheapest way to exclude trigger point pain. Palpation and dry needling
