As a life long COD player, I don’t want the core MP experience to be something new. I actually want it to be more old school. I’ve met little kids that have said they would rather play old COD that us Dads used to play when we were little. My sons friends, I installed COD 2 on their computers and they said why can’t we have good games like this nowadays? That was hella cool.

I’ve noticed with cods pattern, they will add alittle something but not change the major parts of each game and not to mention that they are all looking alike and even from the videos provided, just drives me away even further away from it. Originally I thought it would be a separate game but ever since I heard it will be part of the HQ, I already know what’s going to happen, people gets over hyped, after a few months (or weeks) players will point out all of the bugs, glitches, etc. and they will take months to be fixed and the servers will be garbage as ever and doesn’t make it better that EOMM is existing which kill my span with this game. I didn’t even want to finish a match because I already knew it’s going to do the same thing to me (The match had nothing but noobs). I’ve given them too many chances and they all let me down.

The only game that actually didn't have a yearly cycle and added every gun to the game is cod mobile. All they have to do is make it downloadable to consoles and make the graphics better, and that will beat any cod game coming out because it doesn't shut down every year and make a new one.
My issue with omni-movement is 2 fold. Not only will it likely be scrapped after BO6 and never return, but the pros are already talking about GAing it for CDL and Ranked if it turns out to be as broken as they think it will be.
Activision: "we hope you enjoy our new money farm. The game might not release in a good state but the store will work fine." 😂😂😂

I honestly just laughing from some of the responses here, like “the game is the same” like… yeah, it is within the same franchise, what? You expect COD to turn into a JRPG or something 😂? Besides last time developers decided to something drastically different (Advanced Warfare), you guys dunked on them and as for “unique style”… I don’t think I can consider lower quality visuals and sloppier animations as a “unique style”.

OG CODs visually and “feel” vise were borderline identical, seriously take BO2 and MW2 remove interface and show it to a person who never played cods, he will say it is the same game, it has always been these little “in depth” things that set “sub franchises” apart, like TTK, map design approach and game design philosophies, the nuanced things you can feel and differentiate only when you play it yourself, go ahead tell me that wild card system has been in mw games, or maybe omni movement, all cods always looked identical at a glance… unless we talking about times when studios decided to take a drastic shifts like before and after jetpack era, or after MW19 release.

I just don’t understand. I stopped paying insane $ for CoD with Cold War, just absolutely cannot justify it. Like most, I wish they would stop this yearly bs and put in the time and effort needed both for a good game and to warrant the pricetag
Cold War and MWIII are the only recent cods that have added some new innovations that are actually good, but even then most of them tend to be basic quality of life changes that make the game slightly less annoying to play. Cold War did do a lot of good things though (I don’t have time to make a whole list but there’s at least a handful of things). Also in MW2019 they added the gunsmith which was huge but also they regressed in so many more ways with that game that the few good changes got overshadowed.
It's so sad people keep buying the same bland game each year over. Cod is dead and has been so bad lately with cheaters/hackers, new bland maps, reskinned old maps, same boring guns, same gunplay, same specialist, same score streaks, new "innovations" ( half of which being selling points of previous games such as omni directional movement, which was in MSGV, helldivers 2, max payne 3, Quake, classic DOOM, Half-Life, Half-Life 2, ULTRAKILL, and DUSK) all reskinned, yet people are eating this new cod up like its the greatest thing ever. People will never learn.
@@_King_Julian_ the sad part about it, is the omnimovement probably won’t be used as much as the devs are hoping. It’s the main selling point, but I can only see myself using 2-3 moves consistently. Sliding left, sliding right, and running backwards. Other than that, all that “movie super hero” type stuff I can’t imagine doing consistently unless you wanna get shot a bunch of times lol.
It’s just a video game bro. I’m sorry that you’re so distraught that people enjoy it, while you can’t. Have you tried sitting in a corner and crying about it? If that doesn’t work then cod just isn’t for you my friend.

I just played XDefiant for the first time today and omg the gameplay is surprisingly super smooth. I can actually pop off without being punished for it the next match.
The odds of this getting more than just a years worth of support isnt zero, in fact i think its higher then ever. Mainly cause xbox wants people to continuously buy gamepass, and they'll probably support it for a good 2 years at most. Not to mention it reminds me of a polished cold war, which was the last DECENT game in these last few years.
Respectfully i'm still hype for the zombies 😂

I'm honestly tempted to refuse to take up that offer lol. I'm not sure i want to play the game even if it's free for me. I'll play a couple games on someone else's setup first and think about it though but if it's just MW2 again then i'm passing.
Working on a game for four years to only support it for 11-12 months. I don't get the yearly cycle...
The full multiplayer game video is very underwhelming. Cant tell anything different besides just sprinting backwards. Best part for activision is the direct cash injection from character skins since theyre leaving all past characters in the dust.
This cycle needs to stop I'm tired of this unfinished products they gotta do what they need to do

Only reason ill be playing is for zombies and campaign, i usually defend cod when it comes to "copy paste" since after mw19 games, at least for gunplay and movement, have been different but god damn this just looks like cod

Looking forward to BO6 zombies, they did a great job with the Cold War zombies progression system, also looking forward to Assassin’s Creed, xDefiant will be a nice in-between
For the yearly releases stop and bring inovation is not always true to be hnest with you JB. I'm big fan of NFS and since 2013 they stopped the yearly releases but what I saw the games since then apart from being less buggy I didn't see big inovations even they still take away basic modes that old schools NFS had and now they slowly returning them. So I don't think this will fix the problem. It's the commitment of the devs, mercy of the publisher and what more can you really innovate in more than a 20 year franchise that tried everything already. It's bit hard honestly Idk.
In my personal opinion i think it doesn't really matter what innovation they have in blops 6 because with sbmm and eomm etc it will be the same dish as the last 5 years but with a slightly different garnish

Definitely doesn't, not sure if you've ever played a infinity ward game, but you can easily tell the difference. At least for me it looks like a treyarch game all the way
@@thou7239 it does they are using the same engine that infinity ward has been using.ive been playing cod since 2009. Treyarch and infinity ward games have always felt and played different in my opinion but with this new engine they all will play the same

I'm not trying to hate on it, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who looked at the leaks and just felt ...meh. I know I'm watching the dame footage as everyone else and it just looks so uninteresting. I loved CW and this looks disappointing.

I feel you are being to rough with the game and just making it seem that lack of innovation is what making the games die in a few months when I imo I dont believe that's the case.
Sbmm and disbanding lobbies is imo the main reason games just don't last at all and die off quickly, I bet if we had bo6 with nothing new to offer but a normal matchmaking system it would last longer than any cod game in the recent years.

Its really off putting just being on the Cod Hub alone cause its so dogsh**. But i did see the emote leak and its awful. I did enjoy cold war for whatever thats worth if any. But the mw reboots were my least fav cods of all time and got me off cod entirely after 12 years of playing

Cod games are made for "noobs" even tho they've been around for 20 years. And the game is made fir warzone streamers so they can keep hyping up their franchise.
Only good thing that’s coming from this game seems to be the Zombies (my baby) and Campaign, I think the Omni Movement is still a cool idea but the movement looks so much slower than MWIII which I think devs thing that the movement was way to fast for a lot of players which I mean sucks because imo faster movement makes the game a lot more interesting, cod isn’t a hard game and shoot kill isn’t exactly “skillful” unless is in like S&D even then the gunplay is the same nearly zero thought unlike Siege and CSGO, having movement in CoD is a great skill gap
Still though it looks way to similar to these last few games I know is at an alpha state (who knows how old the leak gameplay is) and is in a PS4 but it just seems super similar, they should’ve also added the pick 10 system atleast then it would make it stand out with an old weapon system, having the gunsmith system again is pretty disappointing especially since the weapons have a level 50+ limit 🤦 which cmon man didn’t they learn from WZ1 it isn’t fun grinding out a gun to level fkin 50+ I like WZ3 Resurgence because you don’t always have to sink HOURS to a single weapon, seems like this multiplayer won’t be as good personally I really like MWIIIs MP and WZ3 Resurgence mostly cus I didn’t play much of MW2019, CW, Vangaurd and MWII or put like zero hours MWIII was technically my first time sinking hours into MP I’ve always been a zombies guy Resurgence has been my go to tho for MWIII, was wishing for BO6 to look different but doesn’t seem like it.. again hoping for zombies to be good so far it looks real juicy

@@JbowenDaMan the old CODs had a yearly cycle but the games felt different. Black ops 3 was much different than a Modern Warfare title. Now it's just the exact same game every year, hyped to the max, all to be disappointed another year.
I'm just keen for the campaign mode tbh.
