This is a project near to my heart! As a kid I kept jumping spiders as pets in half gallon pickled bologna jars. I can't wait to see a pro do the same thing!

About 6 years ago, I was growing hot pepper plants in containers on my deck. I noticed these large white circles on the sides. I went to look closer and this super big jumping spider came to greet me ! It was 3 inches long and 2 inches wide. They were on every bucket ! I never had a problem with them and they would follow me around as I watered and fed the plants. I had zero problems with insects that year. These darlin's had them in check ! I found their corpses everywhere. LOL The white circles were eggs.

Really cool & great job, that back ground came out super cool! Would be awesome to see you get & build some terrariums for some tarantula, scorpion & giant centipede species as well!

Great build! I like seeing how you do the background - you've got quite the eye for highlights and lowlights! Dingo is ridiculously cute and I love the wee buggers, too! 💜👍

Dingo is a cute little booger. Jumping spiders are really fascinating because I watched a video where a guy had a fly on his arm to feed his pet jumping spider, and that spider attacked that fly so fast it was unreal. And it's really cool to see what colors they come in. I saw a picture of one recently, that look like it was metallic. Austin video as usual WillZilla!

So cool 😎 you named him Dingo. I saw the episode where you were with Dingo Dinkelman during his visit to America 🇺🇸 and you found the little spider. I'm so glad you created Little Dingo such an awesome home. There he can live out his life in a safe place, not having to worry about being eaten by another predator.. You always create such beautiful set ups for your animals Will, you have an awesome talent.. Take care!!!

Theyre up here in the north also. Some have green on their abdomens. Some have orange smiley face on their abdomen. They will grow green or orange on their lower faces. They get about the size off a pinky nail. Some get a little bigger. I had these growing up. I would clean big peanut butter jars. Did everything you did as far as sub straight, screen and then a tiny plant. They are awesome to watch. Catch flies and other little bugs. They have a fierce launching and attack. Very impressive for something this small. They get use to you and sit in your hands also. I would open the tops and they would jump onto my finger or hand and just chill. Then ID feed them little flies or big ones with tweezers of just let them hunt in their jars. Theyre perfect little jumping ambush predators.
