I saw this guy with the same dog at Fred Meyer on Lombard and Interstate ave. ( close to I-5). I let him go in front of me at the customer service desk because of the dog. When I asked him what was wrong with the dog, he showed me his paw, which skin was gone,Due to an unknown infection, Just like this video. He is an abusing MaN looking for public money for his drugs. I believe he does this harm to his dog to get money. Some can check the videos on Fred Meyer that I mentioned earlier. Apparently, people send him money via his phone and he collects them in cash, or at least that is what I saw. He needs to be arrested immediately for animal cruelty.
#DruggieLivesMatter
Set up a big space for this illegal camping on the edge of the city with toilets and showers and dumpsters and let this be the ONLY place that that can happen or you get escorted out of the state and your stuff goes to the dump. You come back and you are arrested. Everyone is tired of this crap.

That’s what I always think. And if they want back in the city they need a job.
Homeless reservation
@uhohjrama druggie reservation sounds great let's put it in your back yard
One thing tweakers all have In common, it’s ALWAYS “someone else’s” fault.
Zero personal responsibility.
No leash for the dog if the dog wasn't running free the dog wouldn't have never been hit.
@@navysealblackwater Homeless people have less money/resources/political influence than any other segment of the population. How exactly are THEY supposed to fix the problem when no one else has been able to do so?
@@navysealblackwater So - I'm not a 'tweaker' - but I am 'homeless'. Personally, I take 100% responsibility for my situation. That said - admittedly, I am in a much better situation than most people living on the street (I have a beautiful, converted, Greyhound bus, with solar panels, a composting toilet, a refrigerator, etc). I made the choice to live this way because I consider it preferable to economic slavery.
@@jessitaran763 sounds like you like playing victim
I was homeless, you can still go into a restroom & wash up. You can still get a PO box & get a job. I'm tired of the bs excuses. If the area is too expensive, instead of doing fent buy a bus ticket.
Wait, I thought parking patrol was gonna start writing tickets and towing vehicles that dont have current registration or are parked illegally.
Parking Patrol doesn't clear homeless camps. They tow illegally parked UNOCCUPIED vehicles
Ahahahaha ahahahahaha ahahahaha ahahahahaha
That’s only in the city… you know for the working folks!…, you know the ones that can no longer afford to live and register their car, buy groceries, pay PGE, absurd Oregon car insurance rates, 2000 a month for rent. No wonder we have so many criminals here! It’s like a Disneyland playground for drugs, destruction and disarray! Can’t wait to get the hell out of Oregon.
Only thimg i feel sorry for is that dog. Those people are just losers.
@@explorewithme4707 I am myself 'homeless'. (As I live in a converted Greyhound bus, I don't feel that this term is actually accurate, but that is how I am defined by law). I am not a 'loser' - I just prefer to live this way than submit to economic enslavement. For me, living on the street is decision based upon values/mortality. The basic cost of living in CA is both artificial and WRONG. The fact that only people who have access to a great deal of money can chose to live completely off grid, is WRONG. The fact that it costs a lot of money to get rid of garbage is wrong. The fact that development of one unit of housing costs approximately $800,000 is WRONG. The fact that you can work a full time job, and still not earn enough to pay rent, is WRONG. The only way these things are going to change is if/when people start refusing to invest time/energy/money into supporting a system that's too fundamentally broken to support them back. So that's what I am doing.

Oregon is full of woods, get out of peoples neighborhoods. We have homeless in Florida but 95% of them live in the woods, out of site.
You know nothing if you need to go that low to call people losers. Go read the Bible and learn to show more love.
And yet the residents will continue to vote the same way and expect a different outcome. Truly insane. This is what you get when you are taught what to think instead of how to think.
lol election season camping ban. Once voting is over back to normal it goes 😂
You get what you vote for.
And this is exactly why we sold our home that we loved and got the hell out of portland………happy now in a new home that’s safe with almost no crime in area
I saw a article stating Multnomah county had 99million at the end of last year for helping the homeless where's that money going or is it just sitting in a bank?
The KKK communist democrats who have a strangle hold over the west coast picket the money.
Look at the gay Bitch Oregon governor who illegally put her mental nuts wife in a job and pays her massive taxpayer funds
It goes to pay salaries for the non-profits.
Non profits. Who hand out free stuff to drug addicts

This doesn't happen in "every" neighborhood. Only poor and middleclass neighborhoods. This is never allowed where the rich people and politicians live.
Its not a camp its illegal and should not be. WTF why do we pay taxes and get no response. Come on Portland get your &^%^^% together.
The mayor is a coward. let add the governor or Oregon she’s about a waste of time!! Go join California
The homeless have just as much of a right to be there as the wealthy homeowners. This is the United States. Having more money than someone else does not give you preferential treatment.
"Complex problem"?!
You are living where you shouldn't be.
Guarantee the purple hair voted for this.
Lol
Guess what Angie? You voted for this. Enjoy it
Thanks Democrat officials and the progressive citizens who whine and complain about the dump, but will still continue voting for them.
I got some bad news for ya, lady, that homeless camp has been established and it ain’t going away, ever, probably
1:25-1:27, they're lining up to get a fresh supply of dope. On a street like that, there's at least 1 dealer either living with them or comes by regularly to keep them supplied. I understand what those ladies are going through, my immediate neighborhood was invaded by homeless fentanyl dopers two summers in a row, 2022 and 2023. It was a 24-7 nightmare both summers. Until the Multnomah County Chair decides to get her act together and work with the city, this nonsense will continue. Homeless aren't "campers", they're vagrants, there's a difference.
Wonderful "sweeping statement". 💩
@maxhugen cry about the truth
I believe in Po rtland this maybe true however I have feed the homeless for over 5 yrs most are very educated they do not want to be there but nobody will help them to get there life together many are from abusive family relationships, divorces with a women that raised children alll her life now divorced at an older age is very hard to find a job that can pay the rent so I feel for the people and I do feel for Portland but then you voted for this voting blue will never change this so take yoour head out of the sand . People need to vote for the person that is going to help them not harm them the economy was great I was able to buy groceries, bills and extras on SS now seniors are haveing to make make the decision to eat or pay bill ..The left want socialsim to control everyone so take your head out of the sand and vote for the party that benefits your life....God bless hopefully the homeless will try harder to change their life and th community will think before voting.......

So how are you voting in November? For more of the same or something weirdly different?
Everytime a city tries to build affordable housing those same people complaining about the homelessness, NIMBY it out of existence.
I agree with the meme regarding suffering. "Half of the population doesn't care about your problems. The other half, are glad that you have the problems and not them." Such is the reality of life. Want to solve homelessness? Make housing, a fundamental right for all U.S. citizens.
Oprah housing! You get a house! And you get a house! Upkeep, taxes, and living expenses be damned.

And Ron Wyden sits idly by while Portland burns.
Instead of pointing your finger and expecting one politician to resolve the homeless issue for you, try pointing that finger at yourself and Contribute to homeless outreach programs. Volunteer at a shelter. Offer skills to help better a life. Donate clothes or household goods. Fundraise. Advocate for mental health or substance abuse services. Support job training programs. Educate yourself and others on the underlying causes of homelessness. Raise awareness on homeless initiatives happening all over the city.
