Becoming a better man has almost nothing to do with physical exercise. Everything starts with your mindset. Identify your flaws, work on them and improve with patience, time and effort. For serious cases, seek therapy. Afterwards, you can work on your physique, since it'll keep you healthy and give you an extra sense of confidence. Discipline is key. But he will lose her if he doesn't agree. When they arrive, it is a beautiful palatial all-inclusive resort. And it's free!!!
until, they return to their rooms, and find out the bedrooms are all escape rooms. And Couples must perform "The Routine" every night to escape. Those who fail never get to leave.
People's placements in the cult resolves around how they did the routines, men who refuse to do the routine become black suits, the enforcers and militia of the cult. Men who do the routine themselves become red shirts, laborers around the estate. The women who refuse become purple women, and act as servants and sex workers at the mistress' request. And the women who perform the task become brown women, and do all the intense labor the red shirts do not do.
The Mistress who owned the estate, comes across as the sweetest, friendliest person one can meet. But is the descendant of slave owners, living in her family's home and plantation, recruiting these desperate couples to replace her family's stock of slaves.

The essence of information marketing is problem creation. The goal is to create and define a problem that you weren’t aware of but that plays on some fundamental experience shared by a niche culture of people.
In this situation, the marketers have taken the idea that masculinity is broken (it’s not). And they’ve tied it to general feelings of self worth and competence. Remember, the goal of marketing is to make you feel that something is wrong. Thats the goal because it’s the most simple way to motivate action. It’s not the goal because it’s true or morally good or benevolent. It’s purely motivated by profit and self interest.
So they make you think something is wrong and then they packaged it up as “the modern man is weak and feminised and that’s a problem and you’re part of that problem.
They use specific language to hook people who relate to those ideas and amplify the feelings of those people through consistent messaging over multiple channels so that the target audience literally can’t escape these messages.
I feel sorry for these men. There’s nothing wrong with them or masculinity. The idea of what a man is and does has changed many times throughout time and by culture and geography. We’re in constant evolution and we adapt to our conditions.

I'm a prior-Marine. In boot camp, you are trained and molded by some of the best Marine NCOs in the fleet for 13 weeks. They literally go through hell just to even become Marine DIs. Every friend I know who went to become a Drill Instructor came back 15 lbs skinnier due to the running, hiking, etc.
They don't do it for financial gain. The extra duty pay is only around $400 extra a month. They do it because they want you to stay alive during war, keep each other alive and need you to strip a lot of your bad civilian habits away like falling asleep on watch/lying/blaming others/disregarding physical fitness/etc. It's very painful physically and mentally but it works because that reinforcement starts there and continues on afterward into the operating force (to a lesser, more calm extent). In 2018, I went in at 23 already thinking I knew everything. The drill instructors literally choked me around the collar within the first 2 weeks for saying something idiotic to one. That was my humbling moment. Army drill sergeants or Marine Drill Instructors are taught a very specific science.
You genuinely can not change someone's life or habits within 72 hours. Any person who's been in the military can even see that many of these men are showing a severe lack of discipline and that the "instructors" themselves are not properly trained in carrying out this type of program.
You don't have to be in the military to be a man. You also don't have to define being a man with some rigid or archaic definition. Just be yourself, take on hobbies/skills, do the least amount of harm to society and always aim to improve.

Not a fan of military style berating but having gone through that in law enforcement it’s meant to psychologically make someone more resilient. There’s a method to the madness. If you have never experienced it or gone through and fought along side MEN for a common cause you’ll never understand it.

You're better off learning how to build a house. These idiots aren't going into warfare or the police work, they're going right back to their desk job lol

I'm guessing at $18k a student, making money was never an issue for these gentlemen. So if they're paying for a grueling experience hoping it'll illuminate something inside of them and actually get that, I don't see a problem with this at all.
