    This is fantastic, we picked up a Trooper a year ago for the same reason. The J20 wouldn't fit enough car seats! One thing that has been driving me nuts about it is the ifs, this is going to help a lot in planning the solid swap though I suspect I'll be taming it down a bit :D

      That’s great! To be fair I haven’t driven much less off-roaded with the Trooper IFS, but knew that it wasn’t up to the 40’s so here we are. I will be getting back onto the front suspension soon.

    I have a stock 90 Trooper with the 2.8, I picked up a 2010 Silverado with the 5.3. So you think everything will fit under there pre lift?

      I can’t speak to that directly as I cut the factory frame off, but I have done 10 or so LS swaps and I am confident you can get an oil pan on that engine that will allow it to fit.

      The axles are from a 2005+ Super Duty, the front is a Dana 60 and the rear is a Sterling 10.5”
