My problem with the collection is that they didn’t make the AL and NL collections 99’s. Like, last year Sammy Sosa was useable and really good the whole year and McGwire’s swing wasn’t good but his stats were amazing. And most players won’t complete the collections for a while and by that time the cards will be well out of date.
It'll be fine if they pace the game slowly like 22, not last year with instant 97/99s, 95s can be viable forever if the content is paced with marginal overall increases
i’ve always been a really good pitcher in these games (and bad hitter, playing since mlb 15), but this game is a completely different story. the low difficulties when you start ranked seasons and new pinpoint pitches/lefties being reversed got me out here with a 7+ ERA. Usually like high 2/low 3 in past games.
Did he drop a tutorial on how to do the pinpoint thing he’s doing? I haven’t even noticed it until now and it looks like it helps a ton with getting perfect releases

Sds needs to fix 2-way players in co-op. I want to be able to use them in their secondary positions off the start. I play a lot with a friend so I want to use cards like Martin Dahigo and shohei. And once one of us get Babe we're going to have to start him at pitcher and waste a pitcher's spot because you can't just start him on 1st or RF.
The games where they actually are important are the best to watch. Kyle you should make the mlb community more involved with each other setup tourneys for money. I can help assist

This kid got a lot of shitty swing hits just cause he had the PCI in good spots, babe being in left instead of first or DH with trout on the bench, hurt him completely, not putting in righty/lefty hitters at the end and going lefty lefty for some reason, and just pitching fastballs up inside consistently. When I play good players I don’t even throw fastballs because they’re going to hit HRs every time basically. No sliders or cutters up and outside, no offspeed pitches low to make him chase… pinpoint pitching righty and lefty is very easy and not that hard. Most of the streamers are very good at hitting and just terrible at pitching for some reason. This kid didn’t even have anyone that good and put up that many HRs…I do think he was stream sniping though for that 9 run inning. Hitting those cutters out for HRs like that over and over you have to know where the balls going to do that. Same with all the little flukes. He had the pci on all of those bad hits just not the timing. So he knew where everything was going for sure. Just crazy you can lose with this team…
