I always thought the "What? H-Here!" was a voice director issue because it doesn't seem to fit the cutscene. I don't know if the other languages are different but for English it'd be fitting if she yelled that instead of whispering. I mean, every other time we see her she has a loud voice, and the dialogue has an exclamation mark.
