John, love the videos. Just wondering why you twist your hands when you apply the butterfly technique? Is it just to engage the tissue before mobilizing? Thanks in advance
How do the ribs move while breathing? Do they rotate superiorly and laterally, resulting in the head of the ribs rocking back into the the body of the vertebrae?

Doc, i had a MCL injury last year and I'm feeling some pains at the same area, do I need surgery or i should start physio?
Go for physiotherapy it help you to avoid surgery
