have you unlocked the helm upgrade that increases the amount of manufactories you can have? If you already own the manufactory that the buyout is set for you'll recieve a chest. If not you'll gain control of that manufatory if youre not at your manufatory cap.
I have done all that but it's still not working. Everything's unlocked and I'm not getting the things I get for the buyouts on these manufacturers and I think there's a glitch in the system I would have gotten five more by now

So what exactly is happening? As far as things not unlocking
For the buyouts I just gets chests. You don’t get the manufacturing spot. You have to attack for those is my understanding.
You have to upgrade in the book. So you can have more manufactures. If you dont, you wont unlock after a takeover or using a helm lease @@bustex1
