The Crew | 100 / Insomniac | Anniversary Special

Hi everyone! So here's our latest video. It's a little something we put together to commemorate the anniversary of our group this past February 20. Well, its a little belated, haha, but better late than never.
Celebrating 18 years of The Crew is definitely a huge milestone for us, and while we are so appreciative of the opportunities that our family has gotten in recent years, we know that the success and longevity of this group would not be where it is today without those that came before us. We'd like to express our deepest thanks to our Crew Alumni. All of you have really shaped The Crew into what it is today. And of course, a huge thank you to our founder Sir Jerome Dimalanta, for not only establishing the group, but for serving as an inspiration that would guide the lives of everyone who has had the opportunity to train with us. You've influenced The Crew in so many positive ways, whether it be work ethic, character, attitude, or even passion. Your love for the group is so evident to us. Thank you so much Sir!
So about the video! Haha. Well, since this was a special occasion, we felt that now would be a perfect opportunity to share with everyone the driving force behind The Crew's legacy.
Our idea for 100 / Insomniac is something we think most dancers can relate to. The late nights, working on your craft. The physical and mental preparation for performances and competitions. The rigorous training and the hours of sweat invested in that one moment of dance. Its all there. For us, 100 / Insomniac represents the hard work.
Of course, for those that know us personally, they know its much more than our own effort. We're fortunate to have a group that believes in a bigger purpose for all of us, and we think that makes our journey in dance, and even in life, a bit more meaningful. The message we want to convey is in the song. And so while we might have so many creative opportunities throughout the year, this time we wanted to go back to what has really held The Crew together throughout all the rough spots and challenges life has brought us. That idea. Its what we hope is foundation of The Crew's legacy for all the years to come.
