This was incredible. Incredible seeing an aged Joan Blondell whom I adored in so many wonderful 30s comedies. Incredible seeing her in Closeup such good quality footage, candidly with minimal makeup. She and her generation are just memories now. Thanks for this. A very very rare glimpse of a 1930s star in the “modern” era
Was just watching "Blonde Crazy", decided to look up Joan Blondell interview.......and of course, Bobbie is the interview that comes up! And sure enough: she asks about Cagney! And Bette Davis! Fantastic interview, I LOVE when you put up interviews when Bobbie interviews people from the "golden age" of Hollywood. This was great.
I didn’t know an interview with Joan Blondell existed! Thus us fantastic - what a treasure! I think the interviewer was referring to the phrase 23 skidoo!
That voice and Her Legend...Nice Lady and that Dog ...all Great Memories..... Common Sense... Logic....in Santa Monica... GOD BLESS YOU...saving this.. exactly how I knew HER.!

I've seen some of her old movies and this woman was such a babe back in the 1930s and 1940s!
To quote a title of a NY Sunday Times article about this time: "Joanie: Still Bright, Brash and Blondell."
Bobbie is Magnificent.
Beautiful lady !!! When I watched Grease I thought she was a beautiful older woman
Blonde crazy...that's all l can say...Legendary...
My aunts us be like her when she was young 😅
Joan looks like her left eye is blackened
I wish Joan had looked into the camera instead of sideways. The bluest eyes in show business.
