I think there's 3 different settings you can choose from. A high fidelity mode that runs at 4K and 30fps, i think that has ray tracing turned on. Then there's two 60 fps modes, one with ray tracing and one without. The one without will obviously run at a higher resolution. I chose the 60fps mode with ray tracing and i thinks it's around 1440p but this game looks incredible anyway so it doesn't really matter. Digital Foundry's videos will tell you all you need to know
