cultural postpartum care makes me so happy because different cultures have their own ways to care of the mother even after the baby. it's so important too because your body isn't even done healing until 9 months after I believe. even after those 9 months, we still need a village to take care of the mother too, not just the baby! I'm so grateful that we were fortunate enough to hire postpartum help + also planned ahead for it! yes, I've heard 9 months in, 9 months out. there are so many mental, emotional + physical changes that continue to happen well into the months after giving birth. mothers need that TLC too

honestly so much SKIMS! their fits everybody collection is so stretchy that I was able to wear some of my pre-pregs pieces. I also love the brand bumpsuit for the most comfy maternity outfits!

Have you been checked by a PT? For the protruding belly you may have diastasis recti/abdominal separation and for the incontinence, a weak pelvic floor. I'm currently in the process of this, and it's been helpful so far!
