Kid Buu hasn’t been made YET because Tamashii still hasn’t mastered making very small figures. That’s also why we haven’t gotten Kid Trunks or Goten. But since GT Kid Goku has been shown, I got a feeling we will see them soon.

Think cooler 4th form is more likely cause of the fact they have the mold ready and with some tweaks they could use coolers mold to make janemba after that. That makes the most sense since that's what it looks like they are doing by making certain figures they basically have the parts to make most figures

When Tamashii makes Super Janemba he will most likely not come with cool effect pieces. Gotta remember that they released a Hit figure WITHOUT his Time Skip effects. I repeat, Tamashii thought it was a good idea to release Hit, a character who’s considered a badass because of his demeanor and techniques, WITHOUT TIME SKIP EFFECTS!!!
Yeah I get it. However when Hit was released, that is before effects pieces were more common. Now there is a strong chance that he won't come with any but I hope that is not the case.
