      No, it's him, the agent, responding to the reporter's question that isn't included in the video. The guy is giving his opinion. What idiot is going to say a murderer shouldn't be in jail? Michael 'My-Father-killed-60-to-80-people' Franzese ruined any sliver of perception that his dad was a guy that didn't belong in jail. Douchebag, conman, Michael left his father to rot in a crumby old folk's home while he made a career being the Italian Reverend Al Sharpton'

      Nothing new. They got Capone the same way- tax evasion instead of murder and racketeering.... Honestly though, I can't blame them. I really can't. If I was a law enforcement agent and we kept losing our major trials and verdicts to ruthless criminals because they'd tinker with the jury or have some magical new witness show up at the last minute to confess to a new crime because he's already on death row or doing a life sentence, so a new charge doesn't matter to him anyway.... I can't say I wouldn't eventually decide to start playing dirty in return either if I believed it would've served the greater good.
      It's not ideal by any means, but there comes a point where you can only take so much before you look around and notice all of society is beginning to go to shit as a result. You see kids looking up to thieves, extortionists, and murderers and Hollywood glamourizing it.... how much more could you really take?

      They’re OC . Wdnt one then expect them to lie, cheat , steal and kill. That’s why they’re called OC. Law enforcement , Feds, etc are supposed to be better. That’s why they are NOT supposed to indulge in the same ways. If so what separates the two? Law enforcement has enough ammunition in the world to get ppl according to the law. If you frame a person bc you believe they have committed other crimes that cd not be proved in court, then what separates law enforcement from the criminals? Don’t become a cop if you hold the freedom of others lives in your hands and need to lie, cheat, and steal ones freedom in order to put them away. Get them with the tools you are given and ONLY those. Otherwise they are then like minded ppl and NOTHING separates the good from bad. You don’t do a frame up job as a person who is in law enforcement. That’s about the ego. Law enforcement is supposed to protect and serve. Not concoct a set up. Sorry. Don’t become a cop if you’re gonna play dirty. The Federal Government are the biggest criminals of all time. Wake up sheeple!!!!

    Like they say.. you don't always get punished for what you do, sometimes it comes in the form of something you didn't do.. either way, you pay your dues. Nature has a way of creating balance.. He's not crying about it.. why is everyone else. He's not a hero, he is a murderer and wife beater.. a lot of families now have children, grand children and great grandchildren that never would have existed if he was out and killed more people. whole generations are alive bc he went to jail. maybe it was your family.. maybe the neighborhood butcher or clock maker, restaurant owner.. your great great grandparents.. if they were killed you wouldn't be here. Your family wouldn't exist, your children wouldn't exist.. there are thousands of people who don't exist bc he killed a person all those years ago. erased thousands of potential lives bc he felt like it. seriously.. who cares if he was framed.. it's not like he was some innocent person who this bad thing happened to.. do you think he was 'fair' to the people he killed.. or their children whose lives were ruined because they had to grow up without their father . He is dead.. let him finally live in peace and be at peace with him.

    Compartmentalization of the most extreme kind. The mind protects itself from a reality it cannot accept without doing damage to one's own psyche. That same character trait allows someone to brutally murder someone and then immediately thereafter sit at the dinner table and enjoy a meal with one's loved ones. Fascinating.....

    Some of these prosecutors were excellent. Five years ago I held the FBI as the gold standard for truth. Today, I think the FBI leadership has grown political & just finds the man they want, and get him no matter what. Heck, in 2021 if you are a tax paying American male who loves his country, be careful. The rank & file agents are great, but leadership determines who they want and they order agents to go get them, regardless of right and wrong. Watching this, you see how leadership just decided that Sonny needed to go away and they made it happen.

    • @presenceofeden2949

    • @jusliving7977

      The FBI has always been political. All rungs of Law Enforcement for that matter. Whether Local, State or Fed level. Cops get orders from the politicians and go after the people they are told to go after.

    • @jayk5323
      @jayk5323 2 года назад

      @@jusliving7977 Yeah, great observation, no one that has been arrested, prosecuted and jailed by the FBI has ever committed a crime. There are close to 20k employees of the Fbi out there hunting down innocent political opponents all over the country. Can you name a "tax paying, American male who loves his country" that has been unlawfully arrested or prosecuted for a crime that they did not commit?? You throw it out there like it's happening everyday and it is only a matter of time before "they" come and get you so you must have example after example.....
      Just to clarify, I'm not some thin blue line boot licker that thinks law enforcement is infallible. If anything untoward occurs during an investigation, there should be an investigation looking at anyone in LE who appears to have broken the law or acted unethically during an investigation, but to make absurd claims like this because you don't like or disagree with something done by the FBI in no way indicates that anyone who hasn't broken the law has anything to be concerned with. Again if you have examples I'm all ears, but if not, you should consider turning down the rhetoric or consider not parroting all of the talking points you hear.
